

INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 carrot
- 2 garlic
- 1 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- Sea salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Clean and cut asparagus and carrot in a angle
- Place garlic, asparagus and carrot in a pan drizzle with oil and 2 tablespoons water.
- Cover and cook for 5-10 mins.
- Season with oystert sauce, salt and pepper; toss well.
