INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons tea oil (olive oil)
- Sea salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the asparagus in a baking dish and drizzle with the tea (olive) oil, then season with salt and pepper; toss well.
- Lay the asparagus out on the prepared pan in an even layer. Roast in the preheated oven until the asparagus is tender, about 25-30 minutes.
